Its [developmentally delayed]ed, if he wants to use his signature he can optimize it. It's exactly like those idiots that keep the 'signature removed for inappropriate content' in their sig and just type "WTH IT WUZ NOT BAD PLZ PM ME WHOEVA TOOK IT DOWN". It has no point, and is just a googled image with text anyway.
