never. Some lvl 99/100 cooker had a vid of him burning one.

Never 100% success (I've never proved it, although I'm 99 cooking), but supposedly the burn rate at 99 is somewhere around 1/5000. Makes me feel sorry for the poor guy who spent hours filming and cooking at level 99 just so he could get himself burning one...
