Is it possible to drop my existing Gauntlets, get another pair, then pick them up again? I want to own smithing and cooking gauntlet and would like to know if anyone has done this yet? June 14, 200719 yr I really doubt you could drop your glove, get a new pair, go to al-kharid to enchant it and go back to pick your glove before it disapears.. And since its never been done I'll assume it wont let you pick up a second one Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

June 16, 200719 yr I tried destroy my pair and get whole inventory full with items and keep asking him for gloves so gloves would be left on ground... but result...you cannot pick the 2nd pair :(
June 16, 200719 yr I believe it used to be possible as I read a player made article (i think it was on tip.it) that dealt with getting duplicates of items by killing yourself with nightshade and explosives for the digsite etc. However, since more objects have become "destroy only" (no dropping) i don't think this is any longer possible
