someone called H Q Monitor asked for my pass and I gave it to him :( . I knew that I should not have, but he was acting as if he was really a mod or something and asked for my pass to verify whether this was really my account.

 

 

 

I was wondering now if I can retrieve my hacked account. I did not set any recovery questions :(, but I can prove that the account is mine. Can someone help me and suggest something? Thanks.

If you don't have recoveries set, then basically all you can do is keep appealing to Jagex. Fill in all the information you can, as best as you can.

If your a member and you kept your agreement number that you would have gotten at the time of the first payment, you can use that to prove the account is yours.

In the info, tell them when your account was created, where you lived when you created it and if possible the IP adress that you had when you created it, and tell them what was your internet service provider when you created the account, and if you know it the IP of that ISP.
