Someone told me that I could buy 1K coal for 100K from other players. Where is the best place to find someone selling at this price? Thanks

You would have to be very lucky to get coal for 100 each, standard prices are 150-200gp each. It may be possible to get it this cheap at F2P worlds at Falador east bank, but I still think its unlikely.

The only way to get it cheaper than that (guaranteed), is to get your workers at Miscellania to gather them for you. It works out at 92gp per ore if they do it for you. (and it's best that you complete both relevant quests)

You will never get that much unless somebody is selling very little, oh and on non member its more expensive since there is few mining spots :XD:

I'm myself in this buisness, and I must say that it woud be almost a miracle if you met someone who sold 1k coals for 100k. The normal price is about 180k-190k.

I was mining coal at the coal trucks and another player told me that he gets that price, I didn't believe him. It sounds like I am right. I thought it was too low a price. I usually see it for 180-200
