Well I know the problem, the colour gets a shade of blue over it.

 

 

 

I know how to fix it, its the part that connects the moniter and Tower Unit, how do I get this bit tighter in? I can't seem to push it in further.

I don't exactly understand your problem with the shade of blue, but most PCI connectors have two plastic things on the side which you screw in either by hand, or with a screwdriver. It sounds like you are just pushing it in, and not screwing it in place.

Aren't there two little screws on either side of the plug that you're supposed to put in? When you plug it in, tighten both screws and that should hold it into place.

 

 

 

Then again, if those don't work, then you may be using a different computer set up then I am and would need something different. Try duck tape if that doesn't work :lol:

Does your monitor have settings for color on it? Most likely you have something messed up there.
