wooot bug in knowledge base, it was +7 so why change eh eh, noobs

 

 

 

it was +7 for both uncharged and fully charged,

 

but they intend it to give +0 uncharged and +7 charged...

 

..they fixed one bug creating other ;)

Yeah true it really was nerfed.. And Maybe the magic defence is still lowered.. Keep this thread open for a moment :XD:
