June 21, 200719 yr im trying to get one in my signature. the size was 30.2 KB when i could only use 30. the point is, how come other tipiters has it? do they have a higher KB limit? i smell injustice. -.-

That should help lower the size. Other than that, try snipping off the edges a wee bit since you are so close to the goal.
