wut monster drops these at a somewhat good rate?

Only bought from magic guild or other players but with all the macros good luck.

At a good rate ? not many Dust Devils drop them along with steel dragons, I wanna say something else was just updated to drop them but I can't think of it at the moment.

I think that update was to wyverns...

If you really insist on earning them from monster drops, then like has already been mentioned, Dust Devils would be the best way of collecting... but be warned, they don't drop often, and never more than 5 at a time. It's a little like trying to collect bloods from Fire Giants.

 

 

 

Steel dragons drop them too, but even fewer than the Dust Devils.

 

 

 

Wyverns do now drop them, but again, in ridiculous low quantities, and infrequently.

Actually, the macros don't buy sould runes, as they are quite dear in the magic guild. They only buy bloods, laws, natures and deaths I think.
