Does anybody know the total sum of hp/range xp you get for compleating fight caves?

well for range exp, i believe ppl use 1 cbow for everythinge except jad, so that's like 2500 times whatever the average hit of the c bow is (16 i'll estimate = 40 000 range exp

46k, I calculated it because I got 2 range levels 76-78 from my 8 tries at the Fire Cape.
