bolts- gem tips or not?

Featured Replies

I need to know, does adding tips to your bolts increase the max hit on their own, or do they only add the special attack? For instance, is it possible to hit higher with saphire bolts than normal mithril?

You will hit the same with all bolts of the same metal, aside from specials.

ex:

Mithril bolts, Sapphire bolts, and Emerald bolts will all hit the same.

And don't forget, they need to be enchanted for the effect to take place.

(Emerald bolts (e) have a pretty cool animation for the poison) :D
