It's random, be patient.

There's no way to trigger that event, as well as mimes, drill demons, mysterious old men, frogs, and most other assorted events.

 

 

 

That being said, every other time I try to teleport or alch a random item I get while training, I get a random... usually the old man, but I've gotten a few drill demons/foresters that way. :P

Many people refer to the fenced in area in the Blast Furnace as the Random Corner. my friend got full mime in 15minutes and camo top as soon as he walked in.

When I was firemaking I got Full Lederhosen. But it's random

To get randoms, I fletch 200 unstrung bows, tele to Cammy(I get a random then), walk to Seers, and repeat.

 

 

 

This helps a lot, but it is all random.
