Basically, about 2 weeks ago (so price isn't stable) They released a minigame called Impetuous Impulses. One of the rewards from catching really high level imps is dragon arrow heads. Another is dragon dart tips. This is the only way to get either of those items aside from players. Not everyone with 83 hunting has 90 fletching, so they sell their dart tips and arrow heads. You can buy these, fletch them, and sell the arrows, allegedly for a profit. P2P forever!... Or at least 'til <insert excuse here> happens98% of people have signatures with made up statistics in them. If you're one of the 2% that doesn't, copy this and add it to your signature.
