July 1, 200719 yr When you click on a link at the bottom of an article on the Knowledge Base to send Jagex a message, you will be directed to a form that enables you to send us queries. The message you send will be directed to a staff member to deal with.A little googling came up with this. If this isn't what you mean by "send a query", post a reply with a little clarification (I.E. what kind of query you want to send in...
