Fletching and fishing are relatively good..

Fletch yew long bows and sell for 550 each, or make magic bows.

Fish lobs/sharks @ fishing guild.

In which way?

Would fishing, Monks, Lobbies or Sharks be better money?

How long would it take to get decent cash from fishing from lvl 46?

from lvl 46, id say either go with lobbies or try big net fishing to get bass. once u get to swordies go for it. once u get to monk fish definitley fish those

Note: fish sell for more raw so if you want cash more than xp, dont cook them

Fletching is not a bad money maker but if you wanna high alc the bows and not lose money you will have to craft your own nats, runecrafting nats is a very good money maker though so I advise you to go with that even though its not on your list.
