July 2, 200719 yr Have a quick question about Iron Dragons, wondering if anyone has tried this yet. How effective is a rune crossbow with mith bolts against them? I'm 71 range, and will be using range pot. Just looking to try killing them again, it's fun. (Too bad there's not an anvil in the iron dragons room, to make more bolts!)
July 2, 200719 yr Yeah they work well, they are becoming a popular choice to defete the dragons. www.di-rs.com
July 2, 200719 yr Yes, the mith bolt / rune crossbow method works quite well. Bring some emerald bolts (e) and poisen the dragons before switching to regular mith bolts, as the poisen helps kill them faster. I got a Draconic Visage using this method :D Drops: 1x Draconic Visage, 56x Abyssal Whip, 5x Demon Head, D Drops: 37, Barrows Drops: 43, DK Drops: 29GWD drops: 14,000x Bars, 1x Armadyl Hilt, 2x Armadyl Skirt, 4x Sara Sword, 1x Saradomin Hilt, 8x Bandos Hilt, 8x Bandos Platebody, 9x Bandos Tassets, 4x Bandos Boots, 43x Godsword Shard, 82x Dragon BootsDry streak records: Saradomin 412 kills Bandos 988 kills Spirit Mages 633 kills - Slayer Sucks
July 2, 200719 yr Author Thanks alot for the quick replies. I'll hop on when I get home from school :)
July 2, 200719 yr Use Diamond Tipped Adamant Bolts, they ignore range defence. In Soviet Russia, glass eats OTers. Alansson Alansson, woo woo woo! Pink owns yes, just like you!GOOOOOOOOOO ALAN! WOO!
July 2, 200719 yr Author Use Diamond Tipped Adamant Bolts, they ignore range defence. Seems pricey though. I've already got a stack of mith bolts to play with
