Being a young kid I had assumed she wouldn't be as stupid as to not plug it in. Couldn't figure it out so I said that I couldn't and went on my way. What I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hate though is when they don't allow you to do simple things for fun on the computer when you're done with your assignment, usually before everyone else, because 'computers are expensive things and are easy to break'.
