July 2, 200719 yr Karamja gloves, obviously enough, only work on Karamja. So you only get the bonus if you sell to trader ships that are stationed there. Ships located elsewhere (Catherby etc) don't offer this bonus.

Gloves "Level one" works fine, Level 2 and 3 gloves do eaxactly the same thing in regards to karamja stores, just have the additions of the agility arena tickets extra XP(Level 2) , and the Shilo Tele, Extra Gem mine (Level 3) Cheers
