I'm not much of a slayer (only level 60), but it has happened a couple times to me with Zygomites, four tasks in a row to be exact. :ohnoes:

As others have said, this seems to be a common clue, and he's there about 50% of the time. Old news. :shame:

I always do clue scrolls, why not do them? They never take more than 1/2 an hour for me, and I usually get 100k+ from them. Besides I got a 3rd Age Mage Hat from my last clue scroll. \

Awesome guide- I just can't seem to finish Jad. :wall: Until I can see him, its all luck, because switching by sound isn't fast enough, his mage attack will still hit thru prayer (or so it seems). Anyway for my upcoming 6th attempt, I'm going to try using a rune c'bow/zammy book with addy bolts. The bolt racks were just becoming too expensive. 5K seems plenty more than needed, because at 80 range and 2nd rate gear I only used around 2.5k getting Jad to 1/4hp, but I guess better safe than sorry. Exactly. I had a Sara Sword a while back (Bought it for 9.3m minimum as it was plummeting :wall: ) and I'm glad i got rid of it. Once I got that money back I immediately bought 70 prayer and 52 summoning, which has been much more helpful than that sword. Once the price falls under 7m and stabilizes, I do plan on buying one again. It probably is worth more like 3.5-4m but I doubt it will go that low, so I guess I'll have to settle for a little more.

I haven't farmed in forever (only 45 farm lol), but I do enjoy the skill. The point that Ajk is trying to make is that you can make 600k in just 1 hour of playing time. You log in, plant all your herb seeds with supercompost, and log out. Takes just a couple minutes. It also gives you an oppurtunity to get off the computer and enjoy life (which I daresay I need to do a bit more). Seventy-five minutes later, you sign on, harvest your herbs, replant, and log off. Almost 100k profit in just those 8-10 minutes it took you to plant, harvest, and replant. That's pretty hard to beat. \

I never lag or dc. and my computer isnt even that great... Try contacting your ISP? I have maybe 50 disconnections per year. And half of them are a result of trying to do too many things at once on this old piece of [cabbage] computer. :wall:

Awesome guide, I pretty much followed it to a tee, besides switching dragon gloves for barrows and mith bolts for addy. : This definately beats the prayer method, and with 20 b2p tabs and a starting inventory of monks, you can last forever! In a little less than a day, I accumulated 228 Addy Bars in just over 200 kills. \ Range xp wasn't the best, but hey, I was there for the money! Awesome guide, keep up the good work! :thumbsup:

I agree that firemaking is pretty pointless. I also considered getting 99 in it, or at least training it, after 3 days of massive profits at barrows (see my sig). With 11m to spend, it crossed my mind, along with 99 fletch, but like you said, whats the point? I am already 85 fletching, and don't see much of a use for it in the future. Anyway, back to firemaking. Where is the advantage to burning magic logs instead of oak logs? Exactly. Also, I could honestly live without agility. The difference in the rate at which your run energy drains is barely noticeable, and there aren't enough convienient shortcuts in the game to make it worthwhile. The only reason I see myself training it in the future is for quests.

I'm guessing the salmon is for pures? And why bring a spade? Anyway good guide, 7/10.

To all the people who are against abyss Pking: Why did Jagex put it in the Wildy then? It's a matter of risk vs. reward. You're taking the risk of going through the wildy to runecraft so you can do it faster. What if they just took the Abyss out of the wildy so it was easier/less risky? What if they made every altar right next to a bank? The game would be much too easy. I see no problem with abyss Pking. Now, about the guide: Good, but you could be a little bit more descriptive. What kind of equipment? List it in standard format: Ahrims Hood>Farseer Helm>Mystic Hat What about alternate methods? Would poisoning knives be helpful or a waste? Good guide though! 8/10

I believe it is the scammees fault. Most of these scams are pretty lame, and are easily avoidable. :boohoo:
