-Devoted12-
When I first click it now goes to this instead of the lego with question mark. Then, after about 20 seconds, it goes to this screen. I am on my Administrator account, so that didn't work. The second one I don't know how to do. The final suggestion doesn't work either. Thanks for your help! Does anyone know how I can fix this? I am using Safari. Thanks! EDIT: Here's another picture. Is there something wrong with Java? If it is just Java, what's the exact program I need to download to fix this? Links would be great! Thanks! Kaphias
Make sure: Do not install it at the root of the C drive, or "C:\" . Get Java here. Make sure Java is turned on. You should find this somewhere under "File" then maybe preferences. Go to "Help" and browse or search for "Java". If he DOES have a C:\ then his problem is that he's using a beta Safari for Windows browser, which explains his problem ... Either way, have you tried the unsigned applet?
