July 6, 200719 yr for the armor you only need lvl 60 def, for some weapons you need to have done curtain quest, like monkey madness to be able to use a d scimmy

July 6, 200719 yr I know for curtain that you can't use the d scimmy without monkey madness and you can't use the d hally without regicide. don't know about the other weapons
