Yeah, always thought it was better than Moonclan. Use the patch south-west of the southern bank.

Um, there's no question. Lletya. There's a small field with 12+ plants, not even one mini-map away from the bank. It's not crowded since so few people have finished Roving Elves/Mourning's End p1. Just bank a ton of flax, then spin it in Lumbridge if you want to.
