idea: achievment village...

Featured Replies

so this is my idea:-

i also hope jagex will do this becuase it will stop players always thinking about money.

now i dont have an acheivement cape but i think that jagex should make a town somewhere in a members area where people with acheivement capes should only be allowed to go.

also to enter you would be given a pin or something to enter before you go in each time - this would prevent autoers going in.

also inside there would be a bank, and all shops wich sell stuff for skills including sellin high leveled items.there would be area's for diffrent skills:

eg. hunter's dungeon - hunting rare monster (or even jagex putting monsters in there for you to test hunting on :) )

woodcutting/fletching/fire dungeon: this would probably be all in 1 dungeon, it would have all tree's and some new ones - flax respawn (turn to bowstring) - and tinderboxes - the npc's who can sell stuff here ect. are lumberjacks called pete and dave.

you get the point - rare stuff for those who have achieved

there could even be armour made by npc's in the village to fit you're skill.

this would seem a good idea as people would be curious about it , forget about phats and realise that money isnt the only thing in the game.

what do you think people...

nice start, but you should make some changes, this way it will going to be to easy to level things when everything is close to each other..

I don't support for a few reasons:

A)Too many people have skills capes and today it's too easy to get 1.

B)This just sounds like combined guilds.

C)There is no reason to train a 99 skill (unless you want only the xp).

D)It will make skilling too easy.

needs some work, but a good general idea

If you only had access to the thing you had unlocked (fletching cape=fletching dungeon thing) then wouldn't be so bad.

Well but then there is almost no point in going there (I mean less than half of the achievement-cape0owners community wants more xp than the 99 needed...).

Apart from that there will be no point for the quest cape there because you can't train quests!

Also look at my other post few posts above this 1, it gives few reasons why achievement village is not a good idea.
