LordSmiloid
The bestiary lists any weaknesses or resistances for a monster; however, for most monsters in the game, this weakness is usually negligible. You should only concern yourself with the weakness system when facing higher-level monsters (for example, dark beasts are weak to Slash attacks) or monsters which specialize in magic or ranging (don't use magic on a range-based opponent, etc). You could probably ignore weaknesses entirely, unless you fight the Dagannot Kings.
