xvillexvalox
Well, I'm going on vacation soon (road trip) and I don't want my zune to die out, I want to be able to watch movies and everything when I'm on the road, so I've been looking online at these USB portable charger thingies. What I'm looking for is something like this: http://www.ladyada.net/make/mintyboost/ Only reason i'm not getting one of those is because I don't want to/can't make it on my own. I know that some of the portable chargers aren't Zune compatible. My question to you: Can anyone recomend a charger that might be zune compatible and that I could get at a best buy/circuit city/radioshack/etc.? You see, I'm not going to be in the front seat of the car the whole time and I just want to layback and watch movies continuosly, and also my dad ussually uses his own car chargers for who knows what. The car charger is a last resort in case I can't find a battery one. Also, I already have a a/c adapter.

They barely work for mobile phone batteries enough to get a couple of calls in and are designed for emergency power not to recharge a battery of a NICAD or Lithium Ion. xvillexvalox
After searching for one a different way I found this: http://www.zunescene.com/zune-external-battery/ That review says 3x-4x more battery life, which would be 9-12 hours of video life. :o Now if only it could ship in less than 8 days. :? Mercifull
In my experience of using AA battery chargers you'll be lucky to get 2 hours of juice out of it.
