July 9, 200719 yr i have actually seen people selling them, and even one on a pk video (as a drop), i don't know the rules about trading them though, too confusing for me :?
July 9, 200719 yr Crystal Bow has the same post-quest traits as the dragon weaponry, you must do the respective quest to even be allowed to weild it. If you want to buy one or PK someone for it, by all means go for it... but you can't weild it until you finish the quest.
