Unlike Cw where the people change the scores change PC is the same everytime time same monsters no drops. Barbarain assualt is fun but CW is the best! But it is the fastest combat exp in the game, so you might consider trying it anyways. Members is definitely worth it BTW... only $5 a month for all those features.... its pretty fast but there r other spots (bandits, sos, etc) that are afk training (essentially) that are hella good xp as well However, I believe you'll find if you check the Jagex rules section of the KB that AFK'ing is against the rules.
