The only C/C would be that the character could use some more shading, and his hands look a little bit odd.

 

 

 

But very good job! :D

It's good for a first. add more texture to the rock...

I just noticed that other then the hat, it's symetrical, likely, you made one side, then copy and rotated it, so my rating goes down because of that.
