July 11, 200719 yr ok so im lvl 84 and my defence seems to get me killed a lot and i need to train it but i have no clue where so can sum1 plz tell me a good place cause im currently training at the ice giants and warriors in the cave south of port sarim.

July 11, 200719 yr There are two ways 1. go and train on the bandits in the desert, bring up guthan set or bones to peaches 2.train slayer with def only, thats a great way because you gain slayer exp while train your melee skills
