Ok, it may look a bit weird but I quite like it. The bevel and emboss was just to get the feel of light coming from the sun. The inner shadows are meant to emphasise the sun as well.

I really like the shading on this, and you're doing something original! woo. gonna rate it 8/10 because you've done an awesome job on it, but it is very plain :wink:

I do agree that it seems a bit empty in the centre. I'm not really sure what to suggest, maybe someone chopping wood, fletching, or doing another RS activity...
