2. Does ranged lvl increase the strenght of FoZ?

1. Yes. Weapon requirement is based on base lvl so you can't pot to wield/wear equipment.

2. Strength? You mean damage? So far god spells damage is only affected by 2 things: the god cape of the respective god spell, and the magic spell charge. Both of these will increase by 5 damage each. Hence for FoZ, wearing zammorak god cape and after casting charge would increase the max hit to 30, 25 without either one of them, 20 without both.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

1: If you can't pot to wield a dragon weapon if our attack lvl is below 60, why would you lose the ability to wield it when your attack lvl is 60 and then temporary reduced by spell? That doesn't make sense. Either your current or natural attack lvl determines your ability to wield a weapon. If your naturel lvl is 60 you can wield dragon weapons. potting or attack lowering spells then only effect your chances to hit.

Casting magic spells work differently. You can pot to cast a higher lvled spell, therefore you cannot cast some spells if your magic lvl is drained. So, in the case of magic, it's the current magic that determines which spells you can cast, not the naturel lvl.

EDIT: nice reading on my part.... just as you said. :D

2: You can only cast god spells while wearing the corresponding cape. WIthout the cape, you can't cast. Without charge, the max damage is 20, with charge 30.

I think you still can cast the godspell without wearing the corrsponding cape, only the staff and the runes are required (as far as I know) (and also you have to have casted inside the arena a 100times, while wearing the cape)
