is it better to craft empty light orbs or continue crafting dhides?

 

 

 

empty light orbs gives 70xp each, which is the same as blue dhide. they cost near to nothing, except that soda ash is hard to collect.

ive always known dhide to be the best xp, but if you want, world hop in port phasymas (not sure how to spell, and too tired to look up, and buy the soda ash and seaweed from the shops there. fastest way i know.

It might also be worth considering making other things from Glass, I do a mix of predominantly glass vials (stocking up for when/if I hit herblore), and Glass orbs.

 

 

 

Doing glass orbs, charging then making air battlestaves, makes a bit of money, further crafting xp for the staves, and is reasonable mage xp too!

 

 

 

I prefer the slower, but for me more useful route

if you use the lunar spell super glass make, you get around 14-20 molten glass for every 13 soda ash/sand pairs used (1 full inventory). It also works with plain seaweed instead of soda ash, so it's much faster than the old method.
