You are correct, if you are looking for something to kill that drops alot of herbs go to the level 13 chaos druids, the drop one or two almost every single kill and only have 20hp so you need no amour. Maby the same distance underground as the dungeon entrance is from the faladore west bank (using the low wll shortcut of couse. Maby even a bit less distance underground.
