But for some reason the archer is looking down, or isnt too clearly sighting along the arrow. The bow also has an uncomfortable look with the slim centre and large almost clunky tips, in fact in certain parts it's wider than the archers legs and arms.

I blame all size discrepancies on my D&D-imposed image of elven height topping at 5'4". :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The eyes are actually sighting correctly; I think it's just too dark to make it out, and the angle of the head didn't really help, I guess.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The bow was just me practising how to best portray a compound longbow, and it looks huge mainly because it's sized for a human. If it wasn't drawn, it'd actually be well over the poor elf's height.

his left arm looks ..well uncomfortable the underarmÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôs position should be a little more up unless hes aiming towards ants

 

 

 

when your shooting an arrow your hand will be on the height of your ear if your heads up normall, and your hand will be a little behind it.. just look in the mirror

the out side of the legs don't seem to line up with the hips. And the head is at an odd angle. But I love the bow, the arrows themselves.
