Kingtygy Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 You gotta find a friend (or random person) to go get their black arm gang part. then they give it to you, and you go give the sheild to the king. then some guy at the museum will give you two certificates, and you can use 1 certificate to claim your reward. you have to give the other to the random person//random person you call your friend. I just gave my sheild half to someone for their sheild half, and then i went and got anouther half in the phoneix place.
