I decided to take a look at the PC "riot" at W99 Fally (not actually "rioting", just came to look what's going on). And I see a ton of people saying something like "ice" me, and others saying "icing people 10k" (or some other amount).

What does "icing" people mean?

I assume it means "teleother me to ice plateue" (or telegroup or whateevr it is, i think it's a telegroup spell)

Freeze their accounts?
