What's the best place (P2P or F2P) to mine clay and bank it, and the best place that has a bank close to a water source to use water on the clay and then bank it?

Mine: south-west of varrock.

 

Water: water pump north of fally west bank.

Crafting guild, use Ballon to Castlewars and back.

If you have the money and are p2p:

 

Bring an enchanted sapphire bracelet (it automatically gives you wet clay)

 

and an enchanted dragonstone necklace (it lets you tele to crafting guild)

 

and a duel ring

 

wield a pickaxe.

 

 

 

Start at cw, necklace to the guild, mine 28 soft clay, duel to cw.
