Also if you wanna make a (decent) pure don't get defence until later on. (I'd say 60-70 attack 80+ strength.

To be blunt no. The prayers usless at 30 get 31 or none at all. If youre gonna get defence go to 40. Get 50 attack and 70 str. Then get range up to atleast 60 for d hides and hp. And get mage to 59 for fireblast and bonus mage defense.
