There is only one I know of, it is east of Varrock. Leave Varrock and walk to the east-north-east and go through the fence that is north of the digsite area. Near the spot where the "Rag and bone man" quest starts are some limestone rocks.

That's correct and that shop is just south of the bank.

 

 

 

The general shop on Mort'ton also sells limestone to help rebuild the temple.
