Training everything in members and money making is alot easier.

I would definatly say it's worth the money as it's not all that much at the end of the day..... you may find your self addicted though and therefore a member for more than a month.

I became a member for a month........ 2 years 2 months later......... :P

Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers.

Yikes 2 years... :uhh:

I'd say go into members with +1M just so you know you can get everything you need.

And I think rock crabs are good for ranging.

Well I'm only 66 range but try iron knives. I see people range fire giants with them or with iron/steel/bronze arrows. There's safe spots there too(

I'm talking about the Baxtorian Falls fire giants place).

If you do get member for a little while, than the thing you should train is aliglty. It should have the same benefit on energy as it does in p2p in f2p. That way you can pk better.

before going members you should get a decent amount of money first. (+1m)

You should definately train agility and train range using a cannon. Its very expensive but probably the fastest way.

To me, becoming a member solely to train stats seems... odd.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Agreed.

If all you want is to train your stats, why couldn't you just do it on the free worlds if you have no intention of doing some of the member stuff? You might as well take advantage of Fletching and stock up on a huge supply of arrows.

If you really just want to train your combat stats, just go play Pest Control for the entire month or until you're sick from boredom, whichever comes first. Even after Pest Control was balanced, I think you should still be able to level up decently quick.
