So today as I logged into RuneScape, I didn't have anything in particular that I wanted to do. After playing for as long as I have, there aren't too many things that excite me hah So it came to me that I had bought enough irit leaves to get to 69 herblaw (which as you may or may not know, allows you to make dragonfire potions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So while I was mixing my potions, I came up with an idea.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was going to use all the raw materials in my bank and liquidate most of the rest of it.

I'd also like to hear suggestions on what I should do with the money I get as a result. Hopefully I'll get some traffic through this post so that I can be hearing a new suggestion to buy something else and I may just be able to get it.

  I had to get rid of that clue that I had hanging out at the bottom so it took me on an adventure. These clues are really getting tougher. My journey took me to the Khazari Jungle from the Legends Quest, to the path to Isfaldar from Underground pass shortcut, and the fishing guild. I wonder if you can still get this clue if they are under 68 fishing and have to drop it or something.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
  That fishing guild one is among my dislikes. Getting the elemental shield, rune warhammer and blue dhide legs to get the reward is annoying.

  I made some minor progress today, but I'm still lacking some essentials for clearing real space. If I had some vails I would be able to get a lot of my herblaw done, but I don't. It's going to be difficult to find a buyer for a lot of my stuff, but hopefully it won't take forever. ;)
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
  Most of my crafting stuff is gone now and I'm sitting about 5.5k from level 68 there.

  I kicked it off by buying some flax last night right before I went to bed. Couldn't pass up a good deal and I really wanted that level 68 crafting

  Later on, I got in touch with one of my friends who has 86 smithing, and he's looking for more xp. I was happy to oblidge because I just want the bars ;) So I gave him all of my ores, and he's going to make me 739 steel bars, smith my addy bars into arrow heads, and he gave me hatchets for my rune bars.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
  I also put up a

Ok, so updating this everyday is going to drop from here.. I'm going to do every other day maybe every third. I've kinda turned this into my all purpose blog haha.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
As I mentioned in yesterday's entry, I was going to sell a bunch of mage longs for the Cosmic Fletching Co.. Well I did.
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
That put me over 20mil. :D
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
But then I dropped some of that cash immediately to buy headless arrows for the 10k or so arrow heads i had. with another ~10k coming tomorrow, i've really had the need. The need for speed. ;) Anyway I bought 20k headless arrows and proceeded to attach all of my arrows together. I have a formidable collection of arrows now.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
While I was making my arrows I was looking at what skills would take only a little bit more work to get the next level. Woodcutting struck my fancy since I only had 35k xp until level 77. Once I cut my way through the crowds of autoers with my now dull rune hatchet, I proceeded to hack on yew trees for a while.

I'm getting close to 88 fletching which is cool. I don't have a skill over 87 yet. I'm trying to decipher what the best way to go about leveling it is.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This was all mixed in with a few entertaining encounters with lower levels who want free stuff and a few minor trades. I also alched a bunch of stuff, I think thats what I'm going to get next is my mage level. I'm only 20-25k away.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
My current best friend (ddavvidd) in runescape got done smelting my bars tonight. :D And he smith me my arrow heads too. Sweeeeeeet. If anyone requires his smithing services at any time, he loves free smithing xp. He's at 87 smithing right now.

So I've been pretty motivated to get levels lately, hopefully it'll be to you folks' liking.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I've managed to keep real busy. On sunday morning, I woke up and decided I was going to do a quest. I figured that finishing Recipe for Disaster would be the most rewarding and since I had already freed 3 of the council members... why not.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I spent all day doing this horrible quest. lol It felt like it would never end.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I finally freed all the council members, then when I went to start the final fights, I couldn't because I hadn't done horror from the deep!! GRR. Anyway, my friend said it was easy, it was. I did that and got myself a nifty little prayer book. (Guthix book of balance)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Then the final fights of RFD were a bit of a pain. But I powered through it. lol Having higher combat stats is nice

once you get all the cash, give about 500m to me,(jk) then put the rest in kingdom management. Keep your favor up the whole time ( for about 3 months) while you do other stuff ( like use prayer potions and food for barrows/dk). Then, use all the raw materials that you got from MTK and sell all barrows items accumulated. Then, buy as many rares as you can and you'll be all set!
