You really need to work on your sigs. Filters and what not won't cut it. It'll take a while but you should use http://www.good-tutorials.com So work with it.

Some of them are just Fill patterns in Paint Shop Pro... Good luck selling, i think you need, try and broaden your skills...

tutorials do help you learn the program you know, btw filters aren't all that bad if you use them the right way, moste filters are poo but they can be helpfull...

Tutorials don't always have to be used to make sigs, they can help you get the hand of basic web design or brushing as Razy said.
