Primeaction Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 if you wanna kill stuff use fire strike, get a fire staff and make your own airs and minds. if you dont wanna kill stuff, do curse. get a water staff, make earths and bodies. id get an earth staff cuz water altar is real far from bank. plus eaths get u more rc xp! you wanna get the lowest mage attack bonus you can. if you wear any full armor i think it goes down to -68. the point of curse training is to fail. if you fail you still get good xp. Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers. I would recommend the classic training method. buy a fire staff for a little over 1k, buy a few thousand mind runes and twice that number of air runes (20k gold for every 1k runes) (or craft them yourself). you can go in numbers less than that but usually after 1 thousand fire strikes you gain a few levels. should cost you 61k for a huge amount of experience. Fight minotaurs or flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security, or you could try hobgoblins near the crafting guild. 1k fire strikes can be as much as 19k exp. That would bring you to lvl 41. Sell whatever drops you get and buy the supplies over again. That is my recommendation. Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, give a man the internet and you will never see him again. Methud Posted July 27, 2007 Author Share Posted July 27, 2007 i did the zybez calc of magic and it said u need to do about 8500 curses to lvl 60. so lets say 8700 curses i have to do, it will cost with waters 20 each from stores it will be 17.4k waters =348k 8700 bodys =26.1k + the earth staff 1.5k total is 375.6k i have 200k CASH but i have 500 yews i can sell and 12 power ammys that i can sell in f2p worlds for 10k each i also have a couple other stuff i have no clue of what to do know -.- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That would bring you to lvl 41. Fire Strike averages about 19 magic exp per cast. Failed Curse always gives 29 magic exp per cast. That's about a 3/2 ratio advantage for Curse over Strike The cost per Curse cast is about the same as per Strike cast so it will end up costing you a lot less money if you use Curse instead. To go from 35 to 60 would take about 13230 Fire Strikes but it would take, at most, 8667 failed Curses. ...That is my recommendation. might want to rethink that...
