snipengraney
My combat is lvl 77 and i want a place to train where i could get some decent drops (for somone my lvl). I've done green dragons and lesser demons, but I'm afraid to say thats just about it. I am a member, so if you know any challenging monster with good drops every now and then, please let me know... My stats: 64 - attack 64 - strength 60 - defence 44 - range 50 - mage 43 - prayer Thanks, Snipengraney
hatebringer
fire giants are definitely great item droppers. rune skimmy half keys dragon med, and many high alchable items. they are really great to train on also. (need to have done the waterfall quest to get a good spot, they are also in the brimhaven dungeon) 99 Fletching 99 Attack 99 Constitution 99 Cooking 99 StrengthGamertag: H8tebringer
Mstrgmr
I agree, go with Fire Giants. You could try Jellies also if you have the Slayer level but I don't think you would Joined RS2: Late May/Early June 2006100 Combat achieved on June 30, 2007 All skills 60+ achieved on August 22, 2007 Quest Cape achieved on September 8, 2007, at 104 CombatCheck out my blog to 85 Slayer! nerdattack16
For P2P, definitely try Fire Giants. Rune scimitars, dragon med helms, and half keys, plus a few good alchable drops and a decent amount of rune arrows. Also, ankous don't have great singular drops, e.g. dragon items, rune items, etc. but they drop loads of deaths, bloods, adamant arrows, pure essence, and mithril ores. They also drop herbs, and the occasional half key or level 3 clue! If you train Slayer a lot, you can get your combat and Slayer level high enough to kill some really good monsters, that have nearly the best ingame drops (excluding "boss" monsters"). Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D

RSBDavid
i think firegiants are alittle bit harder for your lvl... i didnt start ranging till 85 combat and 69 range.. id melee moss giants at your lvls [software Engineer] - [Ability Bar Suggestion] - [Gaming Enthusiast]
snipengraney
i think firegiants are alittle bit harder for your lvl... i didnt start ranging till 85 combat and 69 range.. id melee moss giants at your lvls I would do moss giants, but there is always someone there at the time, and they are much to easy to kill, and besides they give crummy drops  like a mith spear or black square. Then again I fought some green dragons today and all I got was a mith axe and money, but they do give dragon bones and I don't think i stayed there long enough to get anything good. I did look up firegiants and they are lvl 86 (I think I remember it being that) and lesser demons are lvl 83, so its not a big difference. I think i will try to just fight green dragons and lesser demons until i get just a bit higher then fight some fire giants  Anything else that I could do other than these four monsters would be great, Thanks Snipengraney
