July 31, 200718 yr Juliet is upstairs on the balcony, in the house west of Varrock. The reward is only around 5 quest points I think.

July 31, 200718 yr some guilds requires quest points to enter and there nice to to have and once u have them all you get the quest cape
July 31, 200718 yr Author ya ur right about the guild things cuz once i was gonna go kill this chick cuz she kept mouthin and calliin me a noob. she hid in one of those guild things until i gave up and did sumthing else ya im a noob :(
