Diesel Posted August 1, 2007 Share Posted August 1, 2007 I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 PLatinum the other day and installed it on my computer. Everything went fine there. When I double clicked it to open, I got an error message saying at the top: C++ Runtime Error. and at the bottom: Program Terminated I have all of the requirement to run the program on my computer but it still won't work. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled it and reintalled it 3 times, and still nothing. If anyone has any ideas of what the problem is PLEASE help! (My computer is newer than the game itself lol) i'm thinking that it might be the disc itself. I may exchange it for a new one if they let me. I got my computer like 3 weeks before Vista came out because I knew it would have so many bugs. I checked Atari's website and none of the common errors for Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 involved the C++ thing. I didn't get a chance to take it back to Target where I got it today. I might tomorrow.
