August 3, 200718 yr Yes you need to have the small one first, either on you or in bank. Then you will get the others in order if you keep going. The best way to get them is to use the fairy ring A L R and kill the leeches, if you cant have fun in the abyss They drop pretty fast on leeches Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

August 3, 200718 yr the dropp rate is very low, i have spend hours on getting the 3 also you can get the 4th one, without having the 75 rcing lvl (a friend of mine got it) http://sign.tip.it/1/2/79/260/essiw.png Retired item crew I would like to be credited as essiw at the website update & corrections forum.
