Are there any surprises I should be worried about when fighting hellhounds, or would the standard armor/wep/food/pots cover it?

Hellhounds are tough little buggers, so you may need to use more food then expected.

I have 85 def and wear torags body + legs, along with the usual slaying standards (for non-guthaners anyway).

 

 

 

With super sets i do a 170 task in two trips, full inv of sharks. Use that for referance.

 

 

 

You might want to swig a super anti p pot the second before you leave fally bank - so it's still active when you get there and you don't get poisoned by the spiders on the way there.

 

 

 

Ranging them you have nothing to worry about.
