Runescape running on laptops

I'm thinking of getting a new laptop. Does runescape run good on laptops and is it easy to play on. I'm thinking of getting a wireless mouse to go with it.

 

 

 

Also how much RAM should I get for it to run fast.

For Runescape? Any new laptop will run it fine.

 

 

 

For ram, Runescape could run on 512MB but if your going with Vista, 2GB would be good for overall computer performance.

Blade summed it all up nice. Runescape isn't that demanding on your computer, and any new computer will easily have a good enough processor to run it. I run it with XP with 512 MB of RAM, and i have no lag. I would suggest getting Vista, because XP will be ignored by Microsoft soon. 2GB is a good amount, and it should load things very fast.

what they said is fine. Really runescape will run fine on almost any new computer. In fact, I have it running fine on an old pentium 2 laptop with 64mb of RAM.

I run runescape on my laptop sometimes, which is about a 2 year old centrino with 512 meg ram running XP. One thing I find is if I run in it in high Detail, the audio is out of sync, i.e. the audio is slow (Sound effects happen after the video) But apart from that, it's all Hunky Dorey!

 

 

 

Any new laptop will run it totally fine, I am guessing you are going to be getting a Dual core system? If so, then I will quote Keith Chegwin: Wahey!

By the way, you should definitely get a mouse to go with it. You'll die trying to use your touch pad all day.
