ok ive looked at the tip.it treasure trail guide for a while and i looked at the world map and i just cant seem to find this clue... i dont know if i just cant see like im supposed to or if this is brand new. PLEASE HELP!! can anyone tell me where this is??

That's where you have to go. Jagex updated the area, but didn't update the clue. (It's the village near the observatory.)

yeah i thought it was the obervatory too at first but its quite differant, im glad its not just me, ill continue to work on it but if someone figures it out first or has gotten it already your help would be greatly appreciated
